Why was my appointment rescheduled or canceled?

Your appointment was canceled because your symptoms are outside of our scope of service or if you’re a new patient and haven’t completed the New Patient Questionnaire. You will not be charged for the appointment. There will be an authorization that appears on your account. That should drop off within the next 3-4 business days, depending on your bank.
