- Chronic Care or conditions you’ve previously been diagnosed with and may be experiencing now, including: asthma, diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, and more.
- Urgent Care or a recent medical issue that requires immediate attention. These include colds and flus, STIs, pink eye, sore throat, sinus infection, UTIs, ear infection, and more.
- Primary Care or visits for your everyday needs such as blood work, prescription refills, and more.
