What happens if my pharmacy did not receive my prescription?

Your prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy on file electronically once your appointment has been completed. If your pharmacy has not received your prescription, please call us at 1-800-852-1575 and we will contact your pharmacy to confirm if any additional information is required to fill your prescription.

Please note that it can take up to 2 hours for your prescription to be ready. Time frames may vary depending on your pharmacy.
