1. Go to https://www.labcorp.com/labs-and-appointments. Use the tool to locate a Labcorp lab near you by entering your home address or zip code — and keeping the default “Routine Labwork” selected. Click the “Go” button.
2. A list of nearby Labcorp locations that do “Routine Labwork” will populate. You can adjust the search radius tool, if needed.
3. You’ll then be asked to complete a quick grid exercise to verify you are a human!
4. Once you’ve confirmed you’re a human, you’ll be able to start scheduling your appointment. The location you selected a couple screens ago will automatically populate. For Service, keep “Labwork” as is.
For the question about whether or not you will be fasting, please select Yes or No. Fasting is recommended before tests for glucose (blood sugar) and triglycerides (part of a cholesterol, or lipid, panel). These test(s) are included in our standard panels for the Weight Management Program (GLP-1 and Triple Therapy). In these cases, please avoid eating or drinking anything other than water eight hours prior to your appointment. For all other lab tests, please consult with the LifeMD care team. Fasting is generally acceptable unless advised otherwise.
Next, click the “Choose Date and Time Button”.
5. Once you click the “Choose Date and Time Button”, this will bring up a box where you can select the preferred date and time of your appointment. When ready, click the “Select” button.
6. After you click “Select”, the appointment date and time you chose will display on your screen above the “Next” button, which should now be green. Click the green “Next” button.
7. You’ll be brought to a screen where you’ll be asked to fill out key information including your name, date of birth, and street address. Once you complete that, click the “Next” button.
8. You’ll then be brought to a screen where you’ll be asked how you plan to pay for the lab visit.

For labs not covered by LifeMD, options standardly include utilizing insurance or paying out-of-pocket (discounted rates may be available).
