What is included in the LifeMD Mental Health Program?

The LifeMD Mental Health Program offers flexible, personalized care to support your mental and emotional well-being. Here’s what’s included:

  • Prescription medication (included in the cost of your membership):
    • For support of general anxiety or depression, you'll receive a 30-day supply of medication each month.
    • For support of social or performance anxiety, you’ll receive a set amount of medication each month for use during high-stress moments.
  • Ongoing care coordination, renewals, and dose adjustments. Every few weeks, you’ll be prompted to complete a short check-in. Your responses help your provider evaluate how the medication is working, monitor for side effects, and make any needed adjustments. Over time, your dosage may be adjusted to ensure the treatment remains safe and effective.
  • Secure messaging with your LifeMD care team. You can message your provider or care team anytime through the LifeMD patient portal — whether you have questions, need guidance, or want to share updates between renewals.

Access to additional programs services: As part of your membership, you’ll also have access to LifeMD+ (which offers virtual urgent and primary care for needs outside of mental health) with appointments typically available in an hour or less. You’ll also be able to schedule 6S Wellness appointments, which provide support to help you sleep better, manage stress, stay active, and build positive lifestyle habits. LifeMD+ and 6S appointments are available at a low, upfront cost per consultation.
