- For support of social or performance anxiety (medication taken before specific high-stress situations), care is typically managed through secure messaging. After your initial intake is reviewed, you’ll receive a set amount of medication each month as part of your subscription, and you can message your care team with questions or concerns at any time. Note: Depending on your state, a video visit may be required before treatment begins.
- For support of general anxiety or depression (daily medication), you'll begin with a video visit to meet your provider, discuss your symptoms, and create a care plan. After that, your care continues through secure messaging, with regular medication renewals, check-ins, and dosage adjustments as needed.
Medication is included in the cost of your monthly membership.
Regardless of your plan, you’ll have access to your LifeMD care team through the patient portal, and your prescriptions will be shipped directly to you when appropriate. Every step of the process is handled virtually, so you can get the care you need from wherever you’re most comfortable.
