Once you've received your lab order from your physician (available within your patient portal & sent via email) and you would like to schedule an appointment at your local Quest Diagnostics, please follow these steps:

- Click the button to Schedule Appointment
- Click the button for All Other Tests
- Choose your testing location
- Enter personal details
- Ensure you print out the lab order and bring it with you to your appointment with Quest.
