You can access your settings quickly from your desktop or the LifeMD mobile app.
Desktop:
- Open your patient portal.
- Click on your name to show the drop down.
- Click My Account.
- Stay on the Account information tab and scroll to the bottom.
- You will see your current email address and can click into the field to update.
- Click Save Profile to make the update.
Mobile:
- Select your profile image from the top right of your app, this will bring you to your account information.
- You may need to scroll to see the section titled My Account where there will be an option for Account Settings.
- Stay on the Account information tab and scroll to the bottom.
- You will see your current email address and can click into the field to update.
- Click Save Profile to make the update.
Note: You will need to verify your email again after making changes. Please look out for the verification email in your new email's inbox. You may need to look in spam/junk if you don't see it after a few hours.
