How do I change the email address associated with my account?

You can access your settings quickly from your desktop or the LifeMD mobile app.

Desktop:

  1. Open your patient portal.
  2. Click on your name to show the drop down. 
  3. Click My Account.
  4. Stay on the Account information tab and scroll to the bottom.
  5. You will see your current email address and can click into the field to update.
  6. Click Save Profile to make the update.

Mobile:

  1. Select your profile image from the top right of your app, this will bring you to your account information.
  2. You may need to scroll to see the section titled My Account where there will be an option for Account Settings.
  3. Stay on the Account information tab and scroll to the bottom.
  4. You will see your current email address and can click into the field to update.
  5. Click Save Profile to make the update.

Note: You will need to verify your email again after making changes. Please look out for the verification email in your new email's inbox. You may need to look in spam/junk if you don't see it after a few hours.
