How do I reset my password?

You can access your settings quickly on your desktop or the LifeMD mobile app.

Desktop:

  1. Open your patient portal.
  2. Click on your name to show the drop down. 
  3. Click My Account.
  4. Click the Change Password tab. 
  5. The system will send the email you have on file a confirmation email. Enter the code in the app where it prompts.
  6. From there, you can change your password. 

Mobile:

  1. Select your profile image from the top right of your app. This will bring you to your account information.
  2. You may need to scroll to see the section titled My account where there will be an option for Account Settings.
  3. Within Account Settings, click Change Password.
  4. The system will send the email you have on file a confirmation email. Enter the code in the app where you are prompted.
  5. From there, you can change your password.

Note: The app may sign you out for security purposes. You will just need to log in with your new password. If you need help with your password, please don't hesitate to call in at (800)650-4027.
