To start a video appointment with your provider, you’ll need to allow access to your camera and microphone.
In the LifeMD app, you’ll see a pop-up prompting you to Allow the video conference.
If you’re using a web browser to join your video appointment and your sound or video isn’t working, you’ll need to do one of the following set of browser instructions.
Chrome - Android & Desktop
- Click the video icon in the upper right corner and select Allow.
Chrome - iOS
- Refresh the page and select Allow if prompted.
Safari - Mobile & Desktop
- Refresh the page and select Allow if prompted.
Edge - Desktop
- Select the lock icon near the right side of your search bar.
- Select the drop-down menu next to camera and microphone.
- Change the camera and microphone access to Allow.
