When will I know if my provider visit is covered by my insurance?

When you schedule an appointment with LifeMD, we’ll run an eligibility check to determine if your visit will be covered by insurance. 

If the eligibility check indicates that your visit is not covered, you will be informed at the time of sign-up. 

If your insurance plan is eligible, the cost of your visit will be covered by the insurance company. However, because your diagnosis can influence coverage, you may only receive the final confirmation of coverage after the appointment.
