We do not accept Medicaid insurance at this time. We do, however, permit Medicaid patients to sign a self-pay agreement, allowing them to receive services from our Affiliated Medical Group as a cash-pay patient, with the understanding that no claims will be submitted to Medicaid for reimbursement.
