How will I be informed about the actual cost of my visit?

If your insurance company does not cover the cost of your visit (based on their specific policies and criteria), you’ll receive a message in your patient portal. 

It will include an invoice via Maxio with the balance due. To pay your balance, open the secure message, click the link, and you’ll be redirected to the payment portal.

If you do not receive an invoice, your visit was covered by your insurance provider.
