How do I send an image or document in messages?

You can send your Care Team images and/or documents easily through our messaging system.

For both Desktop & Mobile:

1. Open the message you want to send information in.
2. Click the camera icon at the left of the text input area.
3. This should bring up a file picking screen — both images and documents can be picked.
4. It will drop the image and/or document in the message box, where you can clarify the attachment with a message.
5. Click send to see it go through.

Please keep in mind that your safety and security is important to us, so image and document previews may appear as "hidden" until you click them. This is to make sure only the right people can view your sensitive information.
