In the Messages tab, you will see two options: Front Desk and Care Team.
In the card for Front desk, it says "Ask account related questions and get help using the LifeMD Platform." This means that you can use Front Desk to route all questions around your subscription with LifeMD – whether it's for billing, plan details, or upgrading/downgrading, et cetera.
You can also use the Front Desk tab for help with general technical support issues. If you are having issues with accessing things within your account, or having issues with the application or desktop website, you can request assistance from our team.
The Front Desk messaging space is not for medical or prescription questions. Please refer to the Care Team messages for those needs.
