How do I access the Support/Help site?

You can access your settings quickly from your desktop or the LifeMD mobile app.

Desktop:

  1. Open your patient portal.
  2. Click on your name to show the drop down. 
  3. Click Support.

Mobile:

  1. Select your profile image from the top right of your app, this will bring you to your account information.
  2. You may need to scroll to see the section titled My Account where there will be an option for Support.
